Kinesiology - Form, Function, Fitness

Gain better health through kinesiology - the science of human movement. We support you with biomechanics (form and movement), strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and physical and occupational therapy. In other words, we are Human Movement Specialists!

Here’s what we can do for you:

  1. Assess and correct function

  2. Rebalance and improve function

  3. Address pain and prescribe tools to optimize performance.

  4. Change lives and improve lives

Nutrition - Build A Healthy Relationship with Food

Good nutrition is an essential building block to better health. Through our nutritional guidance, we help you establish a healthy and balanced relationship with food, guiding you to make mindful choices around what, and how much, you use to fuel your body.

Personal Training - Move Better. Feel Better. Optimize Performance.

Kinesiologists take great pride in keeping personal training personal, whether we’re working with you one-on-one or in a group. Our primary goal is to help you move better, feel better and perform better in life and in your activities and sports outside the training arena. And you will always find a safe and progressive environment at 4 Elements.

A Healthy Journey into Motherhood

Through our Pre-Natal Fitness programs, we’ll help you prepare for birth and the daily functions needed to perform as a mom. We focus on establishing your mindful body connection. This will allow you to adapt as your body changes through pregnancy.

After the big event, we’ll help you return to healthy function and fitness through our Post-Natal Fitness. You’re a mom now, and we ensure you get the body and function support that moms need postpartum as your body changes once again. We focus on education and the physical demands of motherhood, including safe and effective alignment, posture, coordination, connection and body awareness.
