As a university and semi-pro soccer player, Miranda Morrison faced enormous pressure to perform--from herself more than anyone. Her drive for achievement led to injuries and dysfunction that eventually ended a promising career.

Years of personal struggle, health challenges, weight issues and body disconnect followed, forcing Miranda into a phase of self-exploration. In working to regain a positive path, she became aware of the debilitating imbalance in her life. With love and support from family, friends and peers, she embarked on a long journey of recovery and healing.

Eventually she used her athletic experience, her deep life lessons and her education and training to build a thriving kinesiology and personal training practice based on a healthy balance of four basic life elements: physical, mental, emotional and social.

Today she incorporates these four elements into customized, individual health and fitness programs for each of her clients. Miranda emphasizes proper training, improved function, movement, form and technique, and establishing an all-important mind-body connection. A distinctive part of her practice is building social networks where people train and work together, providing mutual support, encouragement and inspiration.
